Shop Info + Freight charges

How the shop works - choose your product Choose the product you would like to purchase, and click on the \'buy now\' button.

In the shop - your options In the shop area, you will see the item listed you have just ordered. You can now either;

• increase the quantity of the item • delete the item • continue shopping for more products (your purchases are kept in the shopping cart for one hour) • proceed to the checkout

Shipping If you choose to proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping option. These are detailed below;

• Up to 6 jars, nationwide metro area delivery: $6.00 • Up to 6 jars, nationwide rural delivery: $9.50 • 7 jars or more, North Island, max 18: $9.50 • 7 jars or more, South Island, max 36: $9.50 • for larger orders, we will confirm delivery charges with your order note: shipping is available within NZ only
You will need to set the appropriate amount of freight.

You will then be asked to check your order and click on \'continue\'

Billing and delivery details The next screen will ask you for billing and delivery details. All fields marked with an asterisk* are required. If you are buying the items as a gift for someone else, you can enter your own billing details and the recipient\'s delivery details, otherwise leave the delivery fields blank. Any special delivery instructions (e.g. leave at the front door if not at home) can be recorded here.

• Online bank transfer (our preferred method, you will need to transfer funds before your order is shipped) • Credit card (card details are collected and retrieved via secure server)

You can also choose to access and print an invoice for your records.

If you choose \'Credit card\' as your payment method, you will be taken to the secure payment area of the shop. (Paymate) You can confirm this by viewing the \"https\" URL prefix in your browser window. You can also view details of the shop\'s security certificate. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Paying by credit card You will now be asked to enter the type of card, name of cardholder, card number and expiry date. Please check these details carefully before clicking on \'Continue with purchase\'. You will then be given an order number to reference your purchase in any correspondence. That\'s it!
